AZ Property Inspections

We’ve all been there.  We have worked closely with a client for weeks to pre-qualify them for a new home purchase.  We’ve got the loan process down to a “T” with every lender we have.  Now we’re ready to get going on that recently minted contract, and we know we can hit that aggressive COE date!  But a few days into the process… (insert brake screech here)… the home inspection turns up something that is a huge red flag, which can even make its way onto an appraisal.  Or, it uncovers a deal breaker that will have your client go back to square one – maybe for the first time… maybe the sixth time.  ARGH!!!  Our June speaker knows all about these challenges.  Tim O’Neall, founder of AZ Property Inspections, has first-hand experience and knowledge of what home inspections can turn-up, and how they can impact to your buyer/client, and of course, you.  Please join us for an informative, energetic and entertaining presentation that will help teach you how to best serve your clients and realtors through increased knowledge and understanding of inspections and what they can turn up… and how that can impact their financing.

Tim O’Neall, ACI is the Founder and President of AZ Property Inspections and is a licensed and ASHI Certified Home Inspector. Tim has conducted more than 13,000 inspections in Arizona since 1996. Tim also teaches numerous continuing education classes for Real Estate Agents through his real estate school, AZ Property Training. His high energy and interactive classes gives students an in-depth understanding of the inspection process from the Inspectors eye. Tim has a background in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.
